International customers pay instructions

As international customer, you are welcome to buy books from Bokräven HB, however, our web site does not calculate international shipping costs automatically. The shipping cost is often prohibitively high for international orders.

Instead of use our ordinary payment system, you may pay securely with any major credit card through PayPal. If you don’t have an PayPal account already, you need to registration one. For more information about this click here.

 To pay by PayPal simply email us at sales@bokraven.com with the following information: 

• Enter the complete list of ordered books. Each book shall be listed with: 
  • Artikelnr 
  • Book title
  • Price 

   

• Enter your complete shipping address
  • First name, and last name 
  • Street, and street number 
  • Zip code, and city
  • State (if any) 
  • Country 
  • Email address (the one that is associated with your PayPal Account.) 
    
    
• When we have recieved your order,  we will send you a payment request via PayPal. Please log on to your paypal account and complete your order payment.
  
  
• As soon as your order payment is completed, we will process and ship your order. It usually takes about 2-3 days before we ship to you. 

1. If you don’t have an account with PayPal previously, you need to click here to registration an account  – please select the “Personal Account” (it is free to register).
   
2. Once you complete all required information and click submit to register the account. You will be receiving an email to request you to activate your account.
   

1. After you activate the account, you are able to transfer money via PayPal. Please logon to PayPal and select “Send Money” tab to transfer money.
   
2. When you transfer money, please enter the following transaction details:
   Recipient's Email: sales@bokraven.com
   
3. Amount:  (See our payment request that is sent to you.) 
   
4. Currency: (See our payment request that is sent to you.) 
   
5. Category of Purchase: Goods
   
6. Email Subject: Bokräven HB
   
7. Note: don’t need to fill in 
   
8. After you confirm the transaction, you have complete the conference registration payment process.
   
9. You will be receiving a payment receipt from PayPal via email.

Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. 

Paypal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. In other words, with Paypal you are in good hands!
